Background: Estyvar is a real estate property management firm offering services to property owners who entrust Estyvar with their property to manage lease contracts, tenants, billing, fee and utilities payments, work orders and property tax payment.
Project Brief: Redesign the Estyvar.com website to improve accessibility to the payment platform for clients.
My responsibilities:
Diagnose the pain points from a user perspective and formulate a problem to solve
Facilitate discussions with administrative team and leadership to align goals for website redesign
Developed a web design strategy aligned with the company’s revenue and growth goals
Map the ideal user flow and build a working prototype for testing
Integrate responsive functionalities
Launch website and monitor performance on a quarterly basis
