Project Brief: Design a new kitchen for a 30+ year old condo that will attract picky renters, maximize space and functionality, and help maintain the property’s value in the long term.

My role: In this project I was the Project Manager and Interior Designer. Going in to this project my approach was to deliver a simple design maximizing the space available while using modern materials and a muted color palette to create an elegant kitchen that caters to a demographic of renters who look for style and modernity in their living spaces.
